One: Sing alleluia, for Christ is risen!
Many: He is risen indeed.
One: “Do not be afraid,” said the angel to the women at the tomb.
Many: Sing alleluia, for death has been defeated.
One: “Do not be afraid,” said Jesus to his disciples.
Many: Sing alleluia, for God’s love has triumphed.
One: We sing with joy, for there is nothing – not even death – that can separate us from God’s love.
Many: Sing alleluia, for God has cast down the powers that be.
One: With a word of comfort, a word of hope,
Many: With a word of love:
One: Christ is risen!
Many: He is risen indeed!
One: Let us rejoice and give thanks.

An earthy, interconnected Christmas

At Christmas, we celebrate the humble beginnings of Jesus’s mission to remake the world and knit us back together. Allow this Advent season to remind you that we are all connected to each other and to God’s good earth. God speaks to us through scripture, through other people, and through creation. In worship this Christmas season, we will explore the ways we can learn from the rhythms of creation and encounter the divine image in all living things.
Our schedule of events for the 2021 Advent season is below. All worship services are available in-person and on Facebook Live.

Celebrate Easter

Join us as we celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ this Sunday, April 4, at 11a ET on Facebook Live.
Please visit our church Facebook page to join in and say hi!
Join us for Holy Week

This Lenten season we are focused on what it means to have an embodied faith in a virtual year. Staying grounded and rooted – remembering that we are embodied creatures. Too often, we think of spirituality as somehow existing separate from our physical life. But more and more we are coming to understand the ways that body, mind and spirit are interconnected and interdependent.
We invite you to join us for our Good Friday service of shadow and song on April 2 at 7p ET on Facebook Live, and for our Easter Sunday service on April 4 at 11a ET on Facebook Live.

Community Table

Take a moment to get to know each other better!
Aug 4, immediately after worship we will gather for “Community Table” — light snacks and an opportunity to say hi to that person in the pews who you haven’t talked to in forever.
Hosted by Colleen and Rev. Colin. First-time visitors welcome!
